Cast iron is very durable and provides an authentic 19th C look to your property.
Once the bracket and pivot is fitted it will be comfortable inside a 90 cm (or 3 ft )gap with space .
We provide a pivot and base plate,a bracket for the top and a rustic latch free with every gate.
This gate is supplied primed with a base in black coat of paint, final painting will need to take place after installation. We do not install.
Transport and installation will create rub marks and scuffs in transport and is to be expected.
Please note :Casting Iron is a difficult process and some mouldings may not be classed as pristine perfect.
Customers will need to be aware we are selling these PER gate , they are sold un fettled and may need some areas cleaning up ,and it is up to the individual to decide if this process is needed or not , however it is under this clear proviso that we are selling this product and customers are welcome to make an appointment to view at Markham Moor Showrooms prior to purchase.
Delivery will be via a pallet on a 3 day service, other options are available so feel free to contact us for an up grade.
