    • Large or heavy items: Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery

    International Delivery

    We're delighted to ship our products worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Collection Available

    For certain items—particularly our unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and larger furniture—we warmly welcome collection by appointment from our showroom. This option will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please contact us to arrange a convenient collection time.

    Returns Policy

    Your Right to Return

    We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

    Items That Cannot Be Returned

    Please note that the following items cannot be returned due to their bespoke or unique nature:

    • Personalised items with custom engraving or painting
    • Items marked as 'final sale' or 'collection only'
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition

    How to Return an Item

    To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns authorisation.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    We take great care in packaging all our products, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
