READ -Important information;
We endeavour to entrust delivery with the most secure and economical services that are available here in the UK ,using trusted companies such as DHL, Royal Mail, UPS & Parcel force .E & S mainly use next day or three day services here in the UK (Highlands and Islands can differ in their delivery times ) Services abroad do vary depending on destination.Restrictions remain in force for Russia .
Local hauliers are used for pallet deliveries within the UK , and shippers for crated goods from various airports within the Uk are used for overseas delivery.
(Please note we are not responsible for anything delayed caused by "force majeure" )
We will endeavour when ever able to assist in any queries regarding Postage and deliveries, contact us on +44 1636 822000 from outside of Uk or 01636 822000 from UK Monday to Friday 11am -4.00pm UK time.
Please check your parcel as soon as it is received.Notify us by e mail or phone straight away or with 48 hours of receipt if you have any issues.
Please do not delay the opening of your delivery as this might impact your statutory rights.
Overseas buyers .You may have to cover any import duties within your country of origin, other than the UK, we advise you to please check for this possibility .As it will be out of our jurisdiction ,we cannot reimburse any costs or any levy therein.
Please do NOT return any goods without informing us that you have an issue first.
We will require images of said item for returns , along with your full details, e mail , mobile or phone number .We will then contact you by return.
If you require goods by a significant date , contact us prior to purchasing.
Delivery times are estimates only - delays can occur because of circumstances out of our control.Most couriers operate a tracking system , so look out for any updates .
Your statutory rights are covered under distance selling/mail order U K regulations advised & issued by gov.uk web site.
TYPES OF RETURN
All returns are requested to be sent back to us in the packaging they arrived in.If you have disposed of the packaging , please re pack with care , with same type materials to ensure the item will not be damaged if you are returning to our address .
Ensure there are no keys or anything left in the packaging before you dispose of it..or if reusing packing, ensure keys etc are included.
'Unwanted ' or "change of mind " or 'cancelled' Goods must arrive back in good condition please.The return must be Unused and intact with no signs of damage , & sent back within 14 days of notification to us . This type of return is returned at the buyers expense.
'Faulty' or 'damaged in transit' goods , please return in original packaging within no later than 14 days of notification to us .This type of return we will arrange 'pick up' from the address the item was sent to only. We can ,upon joint agreement, arrange a replacement if possible .( The replacement can only be sent after the faulty goods are inspected at our warehouse )
Refunds are issued with 5 - 14 days of us receiving goods and inspecting them - we will endeavour to refund asap ,after goods are received in original condition and inspected .
Refunds are made via the original source of payment to the purchaser only .

Pallets
We will contact you direct or haulage company will about delivery of a pallet - note that pallet deliveries are to road side only, not to in situ. You have the right to check goods with in a 15 minute window of receipt on all pallet deliveries.
If item/s damaged , please sign as DAMAGED and contact us immediately .
Missed deliveries or customer not available to accept a pallet ,the delivery will incur a fee for 'redelivery', so please ensure your contact details are up to date and you are in to accept goods .
We advise you to review these terms periodically as Elizabeth and Stevens reserve the right to make alterations & changes from time to time.
