Care of Goods Due to the hand finished nature of some of our product lines. Variations in the finish, colour and dimensions will inevitably vary. We are not responsible for any of these variations. Cast Iron and steel products will have rust patches, which will continue to appear naturally over a period of time due to the base materials used. Products can be painted using the correct proprietary products. Gloss paint will peel. Bronze items will have differing patinas, and these will develop over time. These add character and variation to the work and distinguish the individuality of the piece. White Deposits of the casting process can be cleaned off with a soft brush and waxed, this cleaning can help to protect the bronze and if you wish to polish or buff it is your choice. Do not “over Clean” or use any abrasive cleaning products as this will damage the bronze. Winter Protection We advise that you do protect your valuable purchase, and ensure the following is adhered to wherever possible. Water features- drain down any water and dry off, leaving the feature protected from any severe winter frosts, by doing so you are limiting any accidental damages. You can cover if appropriate.
